Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking a tour or service with Logan Tours.

1. Cancellation Deadline

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or service to qualify for a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. For bookings made through our “Book Now, Pay Later” option, if you cancel within the specified time frame, no payment will be processed. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or fail to show up for the tour or service, you will be obligated to pay the full amount.

3. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or service are not eligible for a refund. For bookings made through our “Book Now, Pay Later” option, if you fail to cancel within the specified time frame, you may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full amount.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up for the tour or service without prior notice, you will be obligated to pay the full amount, regardless of the booking option chosen.

5. Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
