Terms and Conditions for Logan Tours  –  Effective Date: 18/11/2024

Welcome to Logan Tours! By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.  

1. Booking and Payment  

1.1. You can book our services through our website, email, WhatsApp, or in person.  

1.2. Payments can be made in full (100%) or with a 20% deposit through PayPal, with the balance payable on the tour day.  

1.3. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank Transfer (Netherlands or Cape Verde accounts)  
  • PayPal  
  • Revolut  
  • Mollie (supports iDEAL, Bancontact, credit cards, and other methods depending on your location)  
  • Cash on the day of the tour  

1.4. All prices are in Euros (€) and include taxes unless stated otherwise. 

2. Cancellations and Refunds  

2.1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.  

2.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or without valid proof (e.g., medical emergency) will forfeit the 20% deposit.  

2.3. Logan Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather). In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.  

3. Partner Activities


3.1. For activities provided by our partners, Logan Tours facilitates the booking process and will confirm availability on your requested date.
3.2. If the chosen date is unavailable, we will provide alternative dates or options. If none are suitable, we will issue a full refund.
3.3. Logan Tours is not responsible for the behavior or actions of thirdparty partners or incidents that occur during partnerprovided activities.

4. Tour Operations

4.1. Guests are responsible for being on time at the designated pickup location. Delays may occur during group tours due to multiple pickups.
4.2. For private tours, itineraries can be customized in advance but are subject to feasibility.
4.3. Logan Tours works with local guides on a service provision basis. Please confirm the guide’s identity before joining.

5. Liability

5.1. Logan Tours holds car insurance and liability insurance to ensure your safety during tours.
5.2. However, Logan Tours is not liable for:
Personal injuries or accidents outside of our vehicles caused by clients themselves during tours.
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
5.3. Customers are encouraged to have personal travel insurance for additional coverage.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, other participants, and the environment.
6.2. Logan Tours reserves the right to terminate a tour for disruptive behavior without a refund.

7. Photography and Media

7.1. Logan Tours may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. Please notify us in advance if you do not wish to appear in our media.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. Personal information collected during bookings will only be used for processing and improving our services. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

9.1. Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be subject to the laws of Cape Verde.
